Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all orders
Please note that not all items are kept on hand. Aura Archive operates as both a curated shop and a sourcing service, meaning some pieces are specially ordered in. Please carefully read each item description before purchasing, as shipping timelines depend on whether an item is on hand or sourced.
Processing & Business Days
International shipping timelines refer to business days only, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For Orders within the UK we ship Monday to Saturday. Items can take up to 3 days to be processed.
On-Hand Items
Items clearly labeled as “ON HAND” are in our possession and will be shipped within 1–2 business days (up to 48 hours).

UK Orders: On-hand items are shipped next business day via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. All UK shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. If you anticipate not being home or need alternative delivery arrangements, please reach out prior to shipping and we will do our best to accommodate.

EU & European Orders: On-hand items shipped within Europe (including the EU) typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

U.S. Orders: On-hand items typically arrive within 1–3 business days via UPS.

International Orders: On-hand items can take up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on location and customs.
Extended Shipping Items
Items marked as “EXTENDED SHIPPING” are not on hand. These items must be ordered in and go through authenticity verification and quality checks before shipment.

The average timeframe for extended shipping items is 2–4 weeks

- Please Note we cannot promise to ship within any specific timeframe these are all average guidelines but items are shipped and sourced worldwide and there can be outlining factors that contribute to delays
Expedited Shipping Requests
If an item is on hand, or once an extended shipping item arrives at our warehouse, you may request next-day or one business day shipping at an additional cost.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Order Updates & Support
If you have concerns about the timing of your order, you are always welcome to reach out for clarification or an update. While we are unable to provide updates at every individual stage of the sourcing process, we are happy to assist and answer any specific questions you may have.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to contact our support team.
Returned packages by courier
Any shipments that are not collected on time, are incorrectly delivered, have unpaid customs fees, or are otherwise returned to us by the shipping provider will not be our responsibility. We do not offer refunds for such items. If a parcel is returned it is the responsibility of the buyer to track their order and contact us if they with to arrange re-shipping; however, all return and re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If these costs are not paid or no contact is made within 30 days of the item being returned, the item will not be re-shipped and no refund will be issued, as all sales are final.
