Authentication Policy

We take product authenticity seriously. All items listed for sale on our website are 100% authentic and sourced through trusted suppliers and verified channels.

Each item undergoes a thorough quality and authenticity check before being shipped to our customers. For select products (e.g., designer goods, limited releases, or collectibles), we may provide supporting documentation or verification upon request.

We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized merchandise under any circumstances.

Condition Disclaimer

All items are pre-owned vintage and may show signs of wear consistent with their age. Any notable flaws will be clearly described and photographed to the best of our ability.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a vintage item sold as-is, and slight imperfections are part of the item's character and history.

Sourcing & Shipping Policy

We offer a sourcing service, which means that not all items listed on our website are held in stock or available for immediate dispatch. Some items may require additional time to be sourced, received, and authenticated before shipment.

For these items, there may be a slight delay in providing tracking information. Any product that falls into this category will be clearly marked as “Extended Shipping” within the item description.

Please note that not all images displayed on our website are taken or owned by us. In some cases, images are sourced from the internet or provided by the original seller. We do not claim ownership of such images and accept no responsibility for them.

All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of our policies. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Shipping, Insurance & Liability Policy

All shipments are fully tracked and insured for their value.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the item transfers to the shipping carrier. As a result, Aura Archival is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit.

In the event of an issue during shipment (including loss or damage), customers must raise a claim directly with the shipping company. You can do this using the tracking number provided with your order. The shipping carrier’s insurance is in place to cover such situations, and claims should be submitted through them to recover any associated costs.

We do not accept responsibility for transit-related issues, and any claims, disputes, or chargebacks made against us for these matters will not be accepted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that all shipping-related issues must be handled with the courier once the item has been dispatched.

Any shipments that are not collected on time, are incorrectly delivered, have unpaid customs fees, or are otherwise returned to us by the shipping provider will not be our responsibility. We do not offer refunds for such items. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping; however, all return and re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If these costs are not paid, the item will not be re-shipped and no refund will be issued, as all sales are final.

Pre-Loved Item Grading Mint / Like New – No signs of wear.

  • Excellent – Minor signs of wear, very well kept.

  • Good – Noticeable wear, but fully functional and wearable.

  • Fair – Heavy wear, may have visible flaws (noted in description).

 

Care Instructions & Responsibility

Due to the delicate and vintage nature of our items, we recommend handling with care. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper cleaning or handling after receipt.

 

Customs & Import Fees (for international customers)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
